1. Title & Ownership
Legal or beneficial ownership of any goods supplied by SFS @signedfshirts does not pass to the customer until full payment has been made.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full before we ship any product unless using PayPal Credit, ClearPay, or another other approved pay later payment method.
3. Invoices
- Upon making a purchase via our online shop, an invoice will be emailed to the email address provided during checkout.
- If you create an account during checkout, you can access your orders and invoices via your online portal.
4. Order Substitutions
- Unless specifically requested by a customer, we do not substitute any item for another.
- If a requested item is unavailable, we can recommend an alternative product upon customer request.
5. Order Additions
- We will make every effort to add order additions to the original order. However, if this is not possible, the additions will be treated as a separate order with the appropriate shipping charges applied.
6. Refund & Damage Claims
- Refund claims are only accepted if notification is received within 7 days of receipt of goods, and all damaged items are returned within 30 days.
- If a replacement for damaged goods is not available, we will discuss an appropriate resolution and/or refund.
- If a replacement is available, we will agree on a delivery timescale for the new item.

- All dimensions, weights, and descriptions in product listings are approximate and not subject to guarantees of accuracy.
